Had very very good stay on a business trip, the staff were extremely polite, location was marvellous to odaiba areas for sightseeing. There were a safe, multi-channel television, and a fridge in my a twin room. I greatly enjoyed pleasant views and wake-up service available. Location: the hotel was near Haneda monorail, a train station and Easy to access Yamanote circular line through Hamamatsucho station. Ate at Ramen Hinode, it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

A great selection of great food for meals. Location just next door to the monorail to Haneda and JR Yamanote and railway station. For tea or coffee visit Beside Seaside nearby.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location of this hotel is absolutely incredible, with both Hamamatsucho and Daimon Stations just a stone's throw away, allowing for easy exploration of the entire city. Although the stairs-only access to the station may be a bit challenging for those with multiple pieces of luggage, the abundance of nearby eateries makes up for it. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are larger than most business hotels in Tokyo. The free WiFi is a great bonus, and the quiet and peaceful surroundings ensure a relaxing stay. a mind-blowing experience!

The value for money at Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Hamamatsucho was great, especially with the unexpected breakfast included. The room was cozy and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the monorail and train stations, and plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, even holding our bags before check-in and already delivering them to our rooms when we arrived. They also had free utility goods at reception, including yummy shortbread biscuits.

good location not far from hamamatsucho, tokyo -japan as well as the frequent monorail, could not be better. great value and modern room plus a safe, multi-channel television, and a fridge. exceptionally comfortable beds, nice selection for breakfast.

The location was super convenient, with easy access to both Hamamatsucho station and Daimon Station. Although there were only stairs at the station, the nearby eateries made up for it. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, with helpful amenities available on demand. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even fulfilling our room request at no extra cost. The free "handy phone" was mind-blowingly useful for getting around and staying connected. All in all, a jaw-droppingly excellent stay!

The hotel is situated in a prime location with easy access to Tokyo Tower, a train station and Haneda airport. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, with friendly and efficient staff providing excellent service. The breakfast is good, and the hotel provides a free "handy phone" for use around town with 4G connection.

The room might be a bit small for some guests.

villa fontaine tokyo-hamamatsucho exceeded my expectations during my longer stay. the location was perfect, close to the station and with easy access to shibuya and haneda airport. the staff were friendly and the complementary mobile phone was a thoughtful touch. the room was comfortable and the shower was hot. overall, a great experience.

We loved this hotel's location! It was tucked away down a back street, so it was quiet and peaceful, but still within easy reach of transportation. We were just a 10-minute walk from three different metro and JR stations, which meant that we could get to all the major sightseeing areas in this city without any difficulty. We also found that it was easy to get to the odaiba areas for sightseeing, which we appreciated. Moreover, the hotel facilities were spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We even got umbrellas from the reception when it was raining!
